We make every system custom-built for your company. In an introductory and no-obligation meeting, we will explain everything to you.

If a service contract has been concluded, we provide 24/7 support! Including weekends and holidays, so the system is back online as soon as possible. 

Call or email our support department, we'll assist you as quickly as possible.

When your hospitality business chooses to partner with us, we take care of everything from A to Z. Implementation, installation (we don't leave until everything works perfectly), and aftercare are equally important to us.

Our standard delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of the items.

Our system is completely modular; think of it like a toy box. We can easily add blocks (parts), such as bar and kitchen screens, for example.

Updates are being rolled out by us so that you can also use new functionalities. 

We take care of that entirely.

You can use this to let guests order, and optionally pay. 

We will set this up and use your corporate identity to tailor it to your preferences. Articles will be used from the same back office as the cash register.

HeyTom.eu is our online ordering system from Unitouch. We connect your existing cash register to an online environment so your customers can order online.

We have a demo environment that we would love to show you. You will gain insight into all sorts of important data such as table orders, staff, and revenue in the form of charts and statistics.

We understand that you can't get everything out of some systems. That's why we handle all development in-house to provide a smooth, flexible, and professional service that gets your cash register system up and running in no time. Switching from other systems like Booq or Lightspeed is no problem at all. We take care of the entire service.

In general, one fixed cash register is enough, with the handhelds, you can take orders and process payments much faster and distribute the work much better. The order for each table comes in directly behind the bar or in the kitchen. If you take orders separately and walk to a fixed cash register, you often enter multiple orders at the same time, and they all arrive at the bar and kitchen simultaneously, which causes more peaks and lulls. 

Via our online back office, it is very easy to make adjustments to the cash register yourself, so that you always have the correct items and prices in the cash register.

Our online back office has a comprehensive reporting module, where you can create, among other things, a revenue report by day, week, month, or selected period.

There are freestanding order kiosks, tabletop order kiosks, and wall-mounted order kiosks.

As standard, we provide training on the operation of the cash register as well as the back office during the system implementation. 

Extra training sessions can always be requested.
