{"id":4556,"date":"2024-11-06T11:42:45","date_gmt":"2024-11-06T11:42:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unitouch.eu\/?p=4556"},"modified":"2024-11-06T11:44:43","modified_gmt":"2024-11-06T11:44:43","slug":"q3-het-moment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unitouch.eu\/fr\/q3-het-moment\/","title":{"rendered":"Q3 Le Moment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alles wat we in een horecabedrijf doen, komt uiteindelijk ten goede aan&nbsp;\u2018Het Moment\u2019. Het Moment, waarop gast en medewerker elkaar ontmoeten en er magie tot stand zou moeten komen. Letterlijk alles wat we in een horecabedrijf doen, zowel voor als achter de schermen, zichtbaar en onzichtbaar, staat in dienst van Het Moment. Hoe verschrikkelijk jammer is het dan te moeten constateren dat een heel groot deel van die momenten totaal mislukt?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Heb je echt alles gedaan voor het perfecte moment?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veel van de uitdagingen waar de ondernemer van nu voor staat, zijn uiteindelijk te herleiden naar Het Moment. Tijdens Het Moment besluit een gast immers meer of minder te besteden maar ook wel of niet vaker terug te komen naar een bedrijf. Een gast voelt tijdens Het Moment rust, liefde en geluk. Of juist stress, verwaarlozing of desinteresse. Tijdens Het Moment ervaart een gast prettige service, of juist het uitblijven daarvan. Tijdens Het Moment komen alle ondernemersinspanningen samen. De gast kwam wellicht langs als gevolg van jouw marketingactie, de medewerker is in zeer goede doen door jouw excellente werkgeverschap.&nbsp;<br><br>Veel ondernemers verwaarlozen Het Moment helaas omdat ze denken dat ze hun bedrijf op andere plekken moeten&nbsp;\u2018redden\u2019&nbsp;en laten de operatie maar voor wat het is. Zo bellen die ondernemers dus n\u00f3g een keer alle leveranciers met de vraag of het niet goedkoper kan. Ze gaan n\u00f3g een keer met de kaasschaaf over het personeelsrooster en ze stellen noodzakelijke uitgaven n\u00f3g een keer uit. Ze realiseren zich bijna nooit dat ze het met al die acties alleen maar erger maken. Het is de meest gemaakte ondernemersfout van dit moment, zo dweil je met de kraan helemaal open. Geen wonder dat gasten niet terugkomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" controls src=\"https:\/\/www.unitouch.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/9-6-Unitouch-CafeRoyal-Promo-15sec-01.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>100 grote dingen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In veel bedrijven is er heel veel (management)aandacht voor wel honderd grote onderwerpen. Is iedereen druk met de brandjes van de dag en goede ondernemers focussen misschien ook nog wel op de te voorkomen brandjes van morgen. Maar wie focust er nou eigenlijk op de operatie? Wie heeft er volledige aandacht voor&nbsp;\u2018Het Moment\u2019? Welk bedrijf heeft&nbsp;\u2018Het Moment\u2019&nbsp;heilig verklaard en heeft ervoor gezorgd dat iedere inspanning in dat bedrijf, van inkoop tot schoonmaak tot HR en rapportage tot&nbsp;kassasystemen, uiteindelijk in dienst staat van het moment?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Alles wat je doet is voor Het Moment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018Ik voer dit sollicitatiegesprek omdat ik heel graag wil dat deze medewerker onvergetelijke momenten gaat cre\u00ebren.\u2019 \u2018Ik maak deze vloer schoon omdat ik wil dat mijn gast een stralend schoon moment gaat meemaken\u2019 \u2018Ik koop specifiek d\u00edt product in en niet d\u00e1t, omdat ik denk dat het voor 2% kan bijdragen aan een nog beter moment voor mijn gast.\u2019 \u2018Ik&nbsp;werk met geavanceerde kassasystemen omdat dit effici\u00ebnt is en tijd wil maken voor mijn gast\u2019.&nbsp;\u2018Ik geef iedere medewerker iedere dag een inspirerende en zeer goed voorbereide briefing, omdat ik zeker weet dat dit Het Moment ten goede komt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een modern horecabedrijf heeft maar\u00a0\u00e9\u00e9n missie: <strong>Het Moment.\u00a0<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Wouter Verkerk est l'un des conf\u00e9renciers les plus demand\u00e9s dans le domaine de l'h\u00f4tellerie et de l'hospitalit\u00e9, et il accompagne les entrepreneurs h\u00f4teliers et leurs \u00e9quipes dans toute la Hollande.
